This morning (at midnight) several websites went dark. This is their way of protesting internet censorship.
On Twitter™ many users have vowed to not send tweets for 24 hours as a way to protest.
There seem to be strong feelings on both sides of this issue. Some of the contributions to Wikipedia™ are condemning the sites shutdown to protest. Others are having fin with it by tweeting outrageous, fake, facts with the hashtag #lookitup.
Regardless of what side of this issue you are on, we want to hear from you. Please post your comments on internet censorship here.
Go to Google.com to see how they have blacked out their name on the site in protest.
